通过把质量管理的重要工作程序PDCA循环(也称"戴明环")应用到企业安全管理中进行实例研究,分析作业人员习惯性违章行为的产生根源,探讨在化工企业安全工作中实施PDCA循环的一种全新操作方法,以减少人因失误,持续改进根除习惯性违章行为,预防和减少事故的发生。

This paper discussed the applications of Deming PDCA cycle on the security management in a chemical enterprise. Under the analyses on the derivation of habitual peccancy behavior, a new methodology of PDCA cycle was presented to reduce artificial lapsus or habitual peccancy and prevent the human error accident.
