下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断悬吊睑袋整复术 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断加悬吊行睑袋整复术的治疗效果。方法在眶肌筋膜韧带松解及提紧睑袋整复术的基础上,将下睑眼轮匝肌近外眦部分斜行切断,并悬吊固定在眶外缘骨膜或外眦韧带上,使下睑皮肤得到充分上提。结果本组共19例患者,均施行下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断加悬吊睑袋整复术,有明显的眶下沟者,释放下睑疝出眶隔脂肪填充。随访2~6个月,手术均取得良好的效果,无并发症发生。结论下睑眼轮匝肌及其筋膜部分切断加悬吊睑袋整复术,可作为眶肌筋膜韧带(王韧带)提紧术的有益补充,获得了更好的眶区年轻化效果。 Objective To explore the effect of the baggy lower eyelid diorthosis by partial cutting and slinging of the inferior eyelid orbicular muscle and its fascia1 ligament. Methods Following release and slinging of orbital muscle fascia and ligaments, the inferior eyelid orbicular muscle and its fascia1 ligaments were cut and slung on the orbital periosteum or external palpebral ligament in the baggy lower eyelid diorthosis to provide sufficient lifting in the inferior eyelid area. Results Ninteen cases were operated by partial cutting and slinging of the inferior eyelid orbicular muscle and its fascial ligament. Some patients with a visible infraorbital groove were also treated by release of orbital septum fat. Over 2-6 months follow - up, all patients had satis- factory results with no complications. Conclusion Diorthosis with partial cutting and slinging of the inferior eyelids orbicular muscle and its fascial ligament (Wang's ligament) improves and supplements Wang's ligament tightening method, and has a better effect on face-lifting and rejuvenation of the orbital area.
