摘要 目的探讨促血管生成素-1(Ang-1)、促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)及其受体Tie2在血管瘤和血管畸形组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P方法,测定血管瘤、血管畸形的血管内皮细胞中Ang-1、Ang-2及Tie2的表达。结果Ang-2、Tie2的表达在增生期血管瘤最强;在退化期血管瘤中的表达次之;而在血管畸形中表达较弱,与小儿正常皮肤表达无显著性差异。而Ang-1的表达,各组差异无统计学意义。结论Ang-1、Ang-2及其受体Tie2在血管瘤的血管生成以及血管瘤的自然消退过程中可能起着重要的作用;Ang-1、Ang-2及其受体Tie2的表达可能与血管畸形的发病无明显关系。 Objective To investigate the pathological mechanism of hemangioma and vascular malformation, the expression of Ang - 1,Ang- 2 and Tie2 in hemangioma and vascular malformation was evaluated and its significance was analyzed. Methods The expression of Ang - 1,Ang - 2 and Tie2 in endothelial celLs was investigated by immunohistochemetry Using the S- P method, in specimens of hemangioma and vascular malformation together with normal skin as a control. Results The highest expression of Ang - 2 and Tie2 was found in the proliferating hemangioma group, and the second highest expression group was the involuting hemangioma. The weaker expression was found in the group of vascular malformations which showed no significant difference with that in the control group. However, expression of Ang- 1 in all groups was similar. Conclnsion Ang - 1 ,Ang - 2 and Tie.2 receptors may play important roles in the processes of angiogenesis and spontaneous regression. The expression of Ang- 1,Ang- 2 and Tie.2 appears to have no relationship with the development of vascular malformation.
