摘要
首先利用小波分析将非平稳随机信号进行分解,然后再由Fourier变换对分解后的信号进行频谱分析,最终根据各频谱特征,实现对变速机械的故障诊断.以某冷轧厂新增3500t/h大型冷却塔用变速及冷却系统的故障诊断为例。
In this paper,the unstationary random vibration signal is analysed by wavelet decomposition and its frequency spectrums are further obtained by Fourier transformation. According to the characteristics of the frequency spectrams,the fault diagnosis can be made for varying speed machinery. As an example,the fault diagnosis of a varying speed cooling system,which is the main part of a 3 500 t/h large cooling tower of a coldˉrolled steel factory is carried out,and its result shows that the method presented here is feasible and effective for practical use.
