换热器网络窄点区物流分枝选择原则的分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了获得最小能量需求的换热器网络,可通过窄点设计法来确定是否有必要进行物流分枝.本文分析了物流分枝与物流匹配、换热器个数之间的关系,阐明了物流分枝的位置和分枝热容流率的大小.通过热容流率各矩阵和热负荷矩阵的系统分析。 It is necessary to select stream splits by using pinch design method in order to obtain a minimum energy requirement network. In this work the relationship between stream splits and stream matchs or number of heat exchangers is analized. The stream splits network is developed by systematically analizing the matrices of heat capacity flowrates and heat loads and specifying the location of stream splits and their heat capacity flowrates.
