摘要 目的研究骨元肽分子量分布及大鼠在体结肠吸收率。方法采用高压凝胶色谱法测定骨元肽均重分子量(Mw)。大鼠在体结肠吸收实验分为3组,分别用14.0、28.0和84.0mg/L骨元肽结肠灌流4h,紫外可见分光光度计测定骨元肽含量,观察骨元肽的大鼠结肠吸收率。结果骨元肽Mw为189~1000D,其中189~512D组分占68.5%以上;结肠吸收率为45.69%、50.64%和52.50%(P〈0.05)。结论低分子量骨元肽对大鼠结肠吸收有剂量依赖作用。 Objective To investigate the distribution and absorption of Guyaung Peptide's Mw in the colon of rats. Methods This research employs high performance gel permeation Chromatography(HPGPC) to survey and evaluate the molecular weight's (Mw) distribution of Guyaung Peptide, and survey methods to measure the absorption in the rats' colon. Actually, the rats of this research are divided into three groups. The liquid concentration of perfusion is 14.0 mg·L^-1, 28.0 mg·L^-1 or 84.0 g·L^-1 which perfuse respectively for 4 h. UV-Vis spectrophotometry is employed to measure the concentration of Guyaung Peptide and to observe the effects of the colon absorption by Guyaung. Results The Mw of Guyaung Peptide is between 189 - 1000 D, in which the component of 189 - 512 takes 68.5% or above. The absorption rate is 45,69% ,50.64% or 52.50% (P 〈 0.05)respectively in the colon of rats. Conclusion The low Mw of Guyaung Peptide has a dose-dependent on the absorption in the rats' colon .
