摘要
针对工厂2台电弧炉运行时引起严重闪变和产生大量谐波的现状,分析电弧炉运行特性,对工厂供电系统的性能参数进行现场测试与分析,提出一种基于SVC的电弧炉谐波抑制方案,具体设计了4支路固定电容滤波器和TCR回路及其控制系统。运行结果表明:该谐波治理方案可行、实用,有效地抑制了电网的闪变和谐波,改善了电网的电能质量。
For the actuality that severity flicker and abundant harmonic are caused because of two arc furnaces' run in the factory, the paper analyses arc furnace's running characteristic, and tests capability parameters of power supply system in the factory, and analyses them detailedly, and puts forward a project of harmonic suppression for arc furnace based on SVC, and designs constant capacitance harmonic filter with four branches, TCR circuit and it's field operation shows that this project of harmonic suppression is feasible and applied, and flicker and harmonic in network is suppressed effectively, and power factor is enhanced, and that the quality of electric energy in network is improved.
