摘要
提出了一种新型的、利用基于石油焦的多联产系统实现油田石化企业产业链整合的循环经济模式。详细分析了4种系统方案的集成设计思路和优缺点,并对其进行了流程模拟。结果表明4种方案在技术上均可行,均能满足特定的产品需求。模拟数据为系统的进一步评价及系统优选提供了重要基础。
In this paper a novel circular economic development mode in oilfield and petrochemical enterprises is presented,which is based on the polygeneration system using discarded petroleum coke as feedstock. Four system schemes are proposed and analyzed in details,including integration patterns,merits and drawbacks. The simulation is made by Aspen Plus. Results show that all of the schemes are theoretically and technically feasible and can fulfill the design requirements of products. The simulated data will be an important base for system evaluation and selection in the next step.
