摘要
豆制品作为我国城乡居民的必需消费品,生产和市场状况一直备受老百姓及各级政府有关部门的广泛关注。总体来说,2007年,我国豆制品产量稳定增长、产品品种不断增多,产品质量逐步提高,豆制品产业工业化的速度加快,企业品牌意识得到加强,行业管理正在逐步走上正规。2008年,豆制品行业管理将进一步加强,产品质量不断提高,豆制品产业的工业化程度将迈上一个新的台阶。
Dairy industry in the south of China relatively falls behind the north,but now the status is expected to change. Dairy industry has been encouraged to develop as one of the primary agricultural industry.With economic grow- ing and life style changing,public awareness of health is raising.That means considerable potential for dairy consumption.And dairy industry has been strongly sup- ported by policy which complies with sustainable economy. Also,dairy industry plays an important role in improving public health and farmers' income.The development of entire dairy chain could offer a number of opportunities for business,such as breeding,manufacturing,cold chain, machinery,and etc. Considering the wet and hot climate,many people think south China is not an ideal region for cow breeding.But supply from the north is actually not a solution for long term.Firstly, dairy consumption in the south is enormous.Secondly,long distance transportation adversely affects environment protec- tion and energy saving.Thirdly,the short shelf life inevitably causes high cost.Fourthly,local people in the south usually prefer fresh milk which is restricted by current technology and supply.In addition,local dairy industry could provide an opportunity for agricultural byproducts recycle and increasing farmers' income. As a matter of fact,south China has immense potential for dairy industry development.As for the climate,on the one hand,hot and wet climate is not absolutely disadvantageous to breeding.For instance,India,Thailand and some countries have already conquered this weakness.On the other hand, warm weather and sufficient rain in south China could benefit fodder supply. Through analyzing risk in breeding,marketing,finance, quality and safety,management,and etc.,we conclude that developing dairy industry in south China is feasible.We should select optimal breeds,as well as develop fresh,high-quality and innovative products.As for market positioning,we suggest that the local market should be primary and then could extend gradually.
