从理论分析出发,对教学设计和多种媒体教学资源开发及使用问题的原则和要求、设计和开发过程、设计与开发效果的评价几方面进行研究,目的是建构符合远程教育教学规律的课程教学设计和多种媒体教学资源开发与使用的理论体系。

It is studied the principles and requirements of the developing and using teaching design and multi-media teaching re source, the process of design and development and the evaluation on the effect of design and development in this article based from the theoreti cal analysis, the purpose is to construct the theory system of the course teaching design according with the open education teaching rules and the developing and using teaching design and multi-media teaching resources.
