摘要 通过查阅大量的文献,对近年来卡马西平在制剂方面的研究进展进行整理分析,阐述卡马西平制剂在各种给药途径特别是口服给药的新进展,提出今后的研究方向重点是提高卡马西平口服制剂的生物利用度和改善口服制剂的稳定性。 After retrieving and analyzing the scientific papers about carbamazepine, different carbamazepine dosage forms, especially its oral solid dosage forms, are discussed. Future research can be focused on improving the bioavailability and stabilizing dosage forms of carbamazepine products.
