雄激素最大阻断联合伽玛刀治疗中晚期前列腺癌

摘要 目的观察雄激素最大阻断联合伽玛刀治疗中晚期前列腺癌的疗效。方法选择中晚期前列腺患者22例,观察雄激素最大阻断+伽玛刀治疗后PSA、尿流率和放射治疗并发症。结果治疗后2周内,PSA降至基础值25%左右,1个月内降至4ng/ml之下,治疗后6个月最大尿流率增加,前列腺体积减小。无严重的放射治疗并发症发生。结论雄激素最大阻断联合伽玛刀治疗中晚期前列腺癌,可以明显减缓病情进展,改善排尿症状,减小前列腺体积,并且没有明显的放射并发症。 Objective To observe the result of treatment of moderate and far advanced prostatic cancers with maximal androgen block(MAB) and γ-knife radiotherapy. Methods Twenty-two cases of moderate and far advanced prostatic cancers were treated with MAB and γ-knife radiotherapy. The changes of PSA, uroflow rate,volume of prostate and radiotherapy complication were observed after treatment. Results The level of PSA decreased to 25% of the baseline value within 2 weeks,and to 4ng/ml within 1 month. Six months after the treatment, the decrease in prostate volume and the increase in Qmax could be observed, There was no obvious radiotherapy complication. Conclusion MAB and γ-knife radiotherapy can slow down the advancement of moderate and far advanced prostatic cancers, improve uresis and decrease the prostate volume without obvious radiotherapy complication.
