在论述我国煤矿区生态环境破坏现状和趋势的基础上，分析了我国煤矿区生态环境保护面临的主要问题，介绍了矿区生态环境保护的一些技术措施一如采煤塌陷地复垦、矸石山绿化、矿井水净化等和建立全面管理体制、引入市场机制的管理对策。

The current situation and future trend of ecological environment pollution in China's coal mining areas is expounded, followed by an analysis of the major problems in the conservation of the ecological environment in these areas, with recommendation of technical measures for the conservation,such as reclamation of land subsidence caused by coal mining, plantation on waste heaps, purification of mine water, and managerial measures such as establishing an all-sided management system and bringing in market mechanism.
