Research on Evaluation System of Innovation Ability in Shipbuilding Industry under Network Environment

在明确船舶行业创新能力内涵的基础上,分析网络对船舶行业创新能力产生的影响,据此构建网络环境下船舶行业创新能力的理论评价体系。同时,基于数据的可取得性,运用相关、鉴别力和隶属度分析,对理论评价体系进行删减优化,最终,形成可操作的网络环境下船舶行业创新能力评价体系。

Based on clearing the connotation of innovation ability in shipbuilding industry, the paper analyses the influence which network produces to innovation ability in shipbuilding industry, according to the above analysis constructs the theoretical evaluation system of innovation ability in shipbuilding industry under network environment. At the same time, based on gaining data feasibility, utilizes the correlation, distinction ability and membership function analysis, carries on optimizing to the theory evaluation system, finally, forms the evaluation system of innovation ability in shipbuilding industry under network environment which can be operated.
