扩张型心肌病患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子与血管功能和心功能的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and arterial function as well as heart function in patients with dilated cardialmyopathy

摘要 目的:观察扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者外周血中可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)的水平及与血管功能和心功能的关系。方法:DCM患者65例,正常对照组49例。用酶联免疫吸附法测定2组血清中sICAM-1的水平;用无创动脉功能测定仪测定大动脉弹性指数(C1)和小动脉弹性指数(C2)。用NYHA分级评价心功能。结果:①DCM组外周血sICAM-1的水平显著高于正常对照组,而DCM组C2显著低于正常对照组,2组间C1差异无统计学意义;②血清sICAM-1与C2呈负相关。sICAM-1是影响C2的重要因素;③随着心功能下降,血清中sICAM-1的水平逐渐升高,两者呈等级相关。结论:DCM患者心功能和血管内皮功能下降与sICAM-1升高有关。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and artery compliance as well as cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Method:Sixty-five patients with DCM and forty-nine healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study. Serum concentration of sICAM-1 was analyzed by quantitative enzyme-llnked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The severity of heart failure was assessed by the New York Heart Association (NYHA)-classification. Both large artery compliance (C1) and small artery compliance (C2) were measured. Result: (1)sICAM-1 levels were significantly higher in patients with DCM than in controls. C2 was significantly lower in DCM patients than controls, whereas C1 remained unchanged in comparison with the controls. (2)sICAM-1 was negatively correlated with C2 in patients with DCM. sICAM-1 was the important risk factor for C2. (3)sICAM-1 levels were negatively associated with the heart failure and there was rank correlation between sICAM-1 and heart failure. Conclusion:The increased sICAM-1 was related to the decreased C2 and the cardiac function in patients with DCM.
