2型糖尿病患者总同型半胱氨酸水平影响因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(DM)患者总同型半胱氨酸(t Hcy)水平的影响因素。方法:随机选择308例患者,根据血糖分组:正常血糖组(Ⅰ组)109例,糖耐量减低组(Ⅱ组)75例,2型DM组(Ⅲ组)124例。所有患者均测量t Hcy、身高、体重、腰围、血压、血脂、血糖、胰岛素及肌酐水平。结果:Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组的t Hcy高于Ⅰ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析表明:t Hcy与IR、肌酐呈正相关(β=0.158,P=0.022;β=0.163,P=0.029);男性t Hcy水平高于女性(β=-0.164,P=0.03)。结论:性别、肌酐水平、IR是同型半胱氨酸水平的影响因素。 Objective:To investigate the association between insulin resistance (IR) and total homocysteinemia (tHcy) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Method: Three hundred and eight patients were selected randomly to divide into 3 groups, including normal group (Ⅰ group, 109 cases), impaired glucose tolerance group (Ⅱ group, 75 cases), type 2 DM group (Ⅲ group, 124 cases). All of them were underwent detections involved in plasma tHcy, height, weight, waistline, blood pressure, lipids, blood glucose, insulin, serum creatinine. Result: The concentrations of tHcy were increased significantly in Ⅲ and Ⅱ groups, compared with Ⅰ group(P〈0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that tHcy was positively correlated with IR and serum creatinine(β=0. 158,P=0. 022;β=0. 163,P=0. 029). The tHcy was influenced by gender because male had more risk of tHcy (β=-0.164, P= 0. 03). Conclusion: The level of serum creatinine and gender were influencial facfor of hHcy, and hHcy seemed to be associated with IR.
