摘要
为了解决多技术系统产品设计过程中返工迭代多的问题,提出了基于双层次DSM技术的多技术系统产品设计方法。以注塑机的系统设计为例,将多技术系统的设计信息描述成两个层次,介绍了对其进行进程优化的准则和评价标准,然后,提取关键任务,建立了这两个层次的联系,将复杂的设计任务耦合关系转化到设计过程层面。结果表明:经过优化的产品设计过程返工迭代减少,耦合关系得到简化,设计流程更加清晰明确。
To solve the problems in multi-tech system product design such as the low efficiency and frequent reworking as well as iteractive processes, the two-layer design structure matrix(DSM) method was presented. Plastic injection molding machine system design was taken as an example, and the design information was described into two levels to illustrate the optimization principle and assessing criteria. Additionally ,the key mission was picked up and the relationship between two layers was built, then accomplishing the transform from complex relationship within coupling missions to simple processing communication. The result demonstrates that the optimization about process planing works with less reworking,simple coupling and clear process.
