摘要
随着设备复杂化、精密化的发展,设备的维修方式进入到以可靠性为基础的精益维修阶段。通过对PDCA(P lan、Do、Check、Action)循环和设备精益维修理论的综合考虑,研究了如何利用PDCA循环对设备的精益维修进行持续不断的改进,并将利用PDCA循环改进的设备精益维修理论与传统的维修理论进行对比,总结了该模型在设备寿命周期、寿命周期费用(LCC)及产品质量等各方面的优点,使得现代化设备的精益化维修过程得到了良好的改进。
Along with the development of the equipment, which is getting more and more complication and precision, the maintenance of equipment goes into the stage of lean maintenance based reliability. According the consideration of the PDCA( Plan,Do, Check,Action) cycle and lean maintenance in the whole, studied how to make the lean maintenance continual improvement by PDCA. Compared the lean maintenance which is improved by PDCA with the traditional maintenance, it also got the virtue on the equipment life cycle,the cost in life cycle and the quality of product. According the PDCA cycle,the lean maintenance of equipment gets better improved.
