Research on schedule monitoring technology for the complex multilevel project based on WBS

在复杂多级项目中,进度监控起着关键的作用。讨论了工作分解结构(WBS)与网络计划技术在多级项目管理中的应用,在分析现有网络模型特点的基础上,提出了将WBS树状结构与任务依赖关系统一描述的层次网络模型,并给出计算网络参数的相关算法。最后介绍将该网络模型应用于进度监控的一个实例。

Schedule monitoring plays a key role in complex multilevel projects. Discusses the Work Breakdown Structure（WBS） and network plan technology in the multi-level project management, based on the analysis of existing network model, a hierarchical network model which describes the hierarchy of WBS and the relationship of dependence in unified way is put forward,and gives the algorithms of computing network parameters. Finally, an example of schedule monitoring application for this model is introduced.
