An Experimental Investigation on Umbrella Plate Solution Ditstributor

介绍了适用于坚管降膜蒸发器的平板型液布膜装置的结构，建立了布膜性能实验装置，给出了单管流量、料液粘度及伞板布膜器结构与科液成膜不均匀度系数间的关系曲线，提出了在本实验条件下单管流量的设计参考值．

The structure of Umbrella Plate Solution Dstributor(UPSD)for falling film evaporator with vertical pipes was described. An experimental device testing film distributional properties was set up. The curves were plotted between the coefficents of uneveness of film distribution and the flow in the pipe for different srtuctures of (UPSD)with fluid of different viscosities. The reference values for the design of flow in a singlepipe were properly proposed under the present condition.
