基于协同制造的产品配置管理研究

Research of product configuration management based on collaborative manufacturing

作为网络化协同制造平台的重要组成部分,协同产品配置管理可以在联盟企业内建立产品的整体模型,建立统一的材料清单,统一管理产品变更,实现客户、企业和供应商关于产品数据管理在整个产品全生命周期内的集成。针对制造企业产品配置管理存在的问题,提出了一种参考模型,并解决了产品配置管理模型的构建、组合配置方法和基于XML的异构产品数据集成等关键技术,构造出系统框架和数据模型,最后利用SQL Server及Visual C#.Net开发语言实现其具体功能。

As an important part of it, Collaborative Product Configuration Management （CPCM）can establish the products＇ whole model, uniform BOM, and unify products＇ change in the corporation alliance. It can carry out integration of products＇ data management among clients, corporations and suppliers in the whole product lifecycle. In allusion to the problems of PCM in manufacturing, puts forward with a referenced model, solves key technologies of model construction, configuration means, and integration of i- somerous data based on XML, gives out the system frame and data model. At last, it applies SQL Server to build database, and utilizes Visual C# .Net to realize its functions.
