摘要
分析了ADINA的基本方程求解特征,将弹塑性有限元和B样条形状描述应用到冷冲压拉延成形加工中,以描述拉延件形状的B样条控制顶点作为设计变量,采用复合形优化算法进行形状优化.采用该方法不仅能分析出成形过程中的应力和变形,而且能找出满足特定要求的最佳形状.
This paper discusses the characteristic of ADINA, applies the elastoplastic FEM and B-spline function into the process of cold drawing. With the control points of B-spline shpae of drawing piece used as desigh varibles, the shape of drawing piece is optimized with the complex method. By the proprsed method, not only is the stress and deformation in process of drawing computed,but also the optimum shape of drawing piece can be searched to satisfy the certain condition.
