摘要
结合外啮合、内啮合和内置式三种形式的平行分度凸轮机构,建立了平行分度凸轮机构智能设计系统。阐述智能设计系统的组成结构,研究知识库与推理机等智能组件的设计过程,建立了基于OpenGL的运动仿真模块。为平行分度凸轮机构的设计提供了集专家系统技术、数值计算、运动仿真于一体的集成设计环境。
An intelligent design system for parallel indexing cams with outer meshing cams, internal meshing cams and internal placed roller gears is introduced. The structure functions, knowledge base, reasoning machine and simulation module based on OpenGL are studied. This system provides the design platform integrated with knowledge of expert system,numerical calculation and kinematics simulation for the parallel indexing cam.
