摘要 传统的无故障跳闸判据只检测线路上潮流的突然变化,在潮流转移后线路轻载时容易导致稳定控制装置的误动。文中分析了不同情况下线路首端测量阻抗的特性,揭示了装置安装处的测量阻抗值在线路无故障跳闸时和潮流转移时具有明显差异的机理,提出了基于本地电气量计算出的测量阻抗的无故障跳闸新判据,并用数字仿真验证其有效性。 The traditional method of identifying non-fault line tripping is based on the detection of only the sudden variation of line power flow and is likely to cause unintended operation of stability control devices under such conditions as light loading after a system swing. This paper presents an analysis of the measured impedance characteristics at one end of the transmission line under different conditions, reveals the mechanism of the measured impedance having distinct different Values for non-fault line tripping out and power Swing, and then proposes a new method of identifying non-fault line tripping based on local impedance measurement. Digital simulation results are given to validate the new method.
