EVA/LLDPE共混体系发泡塑料的研究

Study on the Foamed Plastics of EVA/LLDPE Blends System

本研究采用一步法模压发泡工艺，探讨了EVA树脂的型号及用量对泡沫塑料性能的影响；观察了泡沫塑料的微以结构；并比较了相同条件下制得的LLDPE与LDPE泡沫塑料的性能。

One-step moulding foaming process is used in this research. The influence of different types of EVA resins being added to form foamed plastics,and the same type of EVA resin being added with different amount of them on the properties of the foamed plastics is also rearched. The microstructure of the foamed plastics is observed. The comparison of the properties of LLDPE foamed plastics and the LDPE one under the same condition is also presented here.
