摘要
在分析TBM刀具位移的基础上,提出了刀具的侧滑磨损系数、侵深磨损系数和滚动磨损系数,并根据工程记录数据进行了求解分析,得出侧滑是引起TBM边刀磨损的主要因素,其次是侵深和滚动的结论。从而为盘形滚刀的理论研究、设计制造和正确使用提出了理论和实验依据。
Based on the analysis of the displacement of the cutters on the flat face of a cutting head, the concepts of the frictional coefffcient owing to sideslip, the penetration wornout coefficient and the rolling wornout coefficient are put forward, The three coefficients are solved and discussed depending on the recorded data in Qinling Tunnel Project. And a conclusion is obtained that the wear of TBM gauge cutters is caused mainly by sideslip, secondly by penetration and rolling. Thus these provide a theoretical and experiment basis for studying, designing and using correctly disc cutters of gripper TBMs.
