摘要
介绍了新型PVC复合缠绕瓦斯管的优点、加工工艺的特殊性,所研制的专用缠绕设备可以用小功率、低能耗生产大型管材,大大降低了管材成本研制的矿用PVC复合缠绕瓦斯管道,已取得国家煤矿安全标志认证。
This paper introduces the advantages and the .speciality of processing of a new type of P VC- wound combined gas pipe. The facility developed specially to wind PVC material round a pipe can be used to produce the pipes with large diameters but only needs small driving power and,, hence, less energy consumption, so that the production cost can be decreased greatly. The PVC-wound combined gas pipes developed for applications in collieries are certificated by the state with ＂MA ＂mark.
