Hp感染与胃癌组织中MVD及VEGF表达的相关性研究

Associated Study on the Effects of Helicobacter Pylori Infection on MVD and VEGF Expressions in Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨Hp感染对胃癌生长、侵袭和转移等生物学行为的影响。方法:对112例胃癌(胃癌组)、86例慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG组)和62例慢性浅表性胃炎(对照组)患者分别应用快速尿素酶、14C-呼气试验及改良Giemsa染色方法检测Hp,对胃黏膜标本用免疫组化SP法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(MVD)值。结果:在Hp阳性与Hp阴性的对照组中VEGF的表达及MVD值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在Hp阳性的胃癌组织和慢性萎缩性胃炎组中VEGF的表达及MVD值明显高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃癌组VEGF表达和MVD值与CAG组及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),但CAG组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Hp感染使胃癌组织和慢性萎缩性胃炎组织中VEGF高表达及MVD值升高,故Hp与胃癌的发生及血管形成密切相关,是影响胃癌生长、侵袭和转移的重要因素之一。

Objective： To evaluate the influence of Hp infection on the growth,invasion, and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods： Tissue samples were collected from 112 patients with gastric cancer, 86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, and 62 patients with chronic superficial gastritis to serve as control group. Hp was identified by rapid urease, ^14C-breath test and Giemsa-staining. The expressions of VEGF and MVD in the samples were detected by immuno-histochemical SP method. Results： Expressions of VEGF and MVD between Hp infection and non-infected, normal gastric mucosa showed no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. As in Hp infected gastric carcinoma and chronic atrophic gastritis group VEGF and MVD expressions were higher than that of Hp negative group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Expressions of VEGF and MVD in gastric carcinoma had significant differences than other cases （P 〈 0.01）. There was no significant difference between CAG and controls. Conclusion： Hp infection results in increase expression of VEGF and MVD in gastric cancer and chronic atrophic gastritis group. Hp is an important factor in the development and progression of gastric cancer.
