血清血管内皮生长因子和表皮生长因子受体在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:1

The Diagnosis Values of Assay of Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)测定在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定74例非小细胞肺癌患者及40例健康对照组血清VEGF和EGFR的含量。结果:非小细胞肺癌患者血清VEGF和EGFR测定值均高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者血清VEGF、EGFR高于Ⅱ期患者(P<0.01)。血清VEGF和EGFR测定值与非小细胞肺癌病理分型无关(P>0.05)。非小细胞肺癌患者血清VEGF与EGFR测定值之间呈正相关(rs=0.47,t=4.3,P<0.01)。结论:检测血清VEGF和EGFR水平对非小细胞肺癌的诊断和预后判定具有一定临床意义。 Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of the serum vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Serum VEGF and EGFR in patient with non-small cell lung cancer were detected by sandwich enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Compared with healthy control group,the levels of serum VEGF and EGFR in non-small cell lung cancer were much higher (P 〈 0.01 ). The serum VEGF and EGFR levels of IV and Ⅲ stage were higher than that of Ⅱ stage (P 〈 0.01 ). There was no correlation between the serum VEGF and EGFR level and pathological style (P 〉 0.05 ). The serum VEGF level was positively correlated with the serum EGFR level (r, = 0.47,t = 4.3,P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The detection of serum VEGF and EGFR has a very important clinical value in estimating non-small cell lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis.
