摘要
本文提出了一种不受频率变化影响的电气测量方法，硬件中采用了电压频率变换技术，可实现高精度测量，理论分析及实验均表明该方法简单、可靠．
An electrlcal measurement sultable to variations of frequency is presented, and the A/ D hardware based on voltage frequency conversion is discribed in this paper. The measurement accuracles are always very good under both normal and fault state. Analysis and test show the simplicity and reliability of the method.
