PET在心脏显像中的临床应用价值
摘要
正电子发射计算机断层显像（positron emission tomograpay，PET）检查主要用于全身恶性肿瘤及神经系统病变的诊断及分期，还可用来判断冠心病患者心肌梗死部位是否有存活心肌。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）常用的治疗方法包括内科药物治疗、血运重建方法等，随着冠状动脉旁路搭桥术的广泛应用，并取得良好效果，准确无创的鉴别活性心肌对选择适宜患者、评估疗效和判断预后有着极其重要的临床意义。
