摘要
对老王寨金矿床的围岩蚀变类型、蚀变演化过程及物理化学条件进行了系统研究，并阐述了围岩蚀变与金矿化的关系．
The features of the rock alteration in Laowangzhai gold deposits are studied systematically,which include the tpyes,zoning,evolution and physicochemical parameters. Relationship of alteration to gold mineralization is analysed. It is of importance to the exploration for gold mine.
