聚苯胺/活性炭复合材料的制备及电化学性质 被引量:8

Preparation and electrochemical properties of polyaniline/active carbon composite materials

摘要 采用溶液聚合原位复合法制备出不同配比的聚苯胺/活性炭复合材料,在分别用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱法(IR)、热重分析法(TG)和电阻率测试研究复合材料的形态、表面官能团、热性能和电导性能的基础上,使用恒流充放电和循环伏安(CV)技术研究了聚苯胺/活性炭复合材料作为双电层电容器电极时的电化学性质。实验结果表明:复合材料呈现较高的热稳定性,当炭含量达到20%时复合材料的导电性最好;50%活性炭含量的电极比电容高达400F/g;电极反应可逆性良好。 Polyaniline/active carbon composite materials were prepared by solution polymerization. The morphology, functional group, thermal properties and electrical conductivity of this composite were investigated by SEM, IR, TG and electrical resistivity measurement. The electrochemical properties of the PAn/AC composite electrodes for the electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC) were studied by CV and constant current charge-discharge measurements, The results show that the composite conductivity is the highest when the active carbon content is 20%; the material specific capacitance is as high as 400 F/g when the active carbon content is 50%. The PAn/AC composite exhibits high thermal stability and good reversibility for the electrode of EDLC.
