正极材料锂铁(锰)硅氧化物的研究进展 被引量:4

Research development of lithium iron(manganese) silicate used as cathode material

摘要 Li-M(Fe,Mn)-Si-O聚离子系统是下一代安全、廉价的锂离子蓄电池正极材料。综述了Li-M(Fe,Mn)-Si-O系统的结构特征、合成条件、脱嵌机理及表面性能方面的国内外最新进展。并提出了Li-M(Fe,Mn)-Si-O材料改进的方向,通过优化合成条件、纳米碳包覆处理及掺杂改性处理提高材料的电化学性能及电子电导率。 Li-M (Fe,Mn)-Si-O is a promising cathode material of lithium rechargeable battery for their excellent thermal stabilities and low cost. The recent development of Li-M (Fe,Mn)-Si-O systems, including structure characteristics, synthesis conditions, the lithium extraction/insertion mechanism and surface characterization and stability phenomena, was reviewed. The direction of improving the electrochemical characteristics and electron conductivity of Li-M (Fe,Mn)-Si-O through synthesis conditions, nano-carbon coating and metal dopant was introduced.
