A Research Outline of Strategical Plan of Modern Enterprise

以国外先进战略管理思想和管理理论为基础，并结合长期做规划的实践经验，对适合于我国企业的企业战略规划思想和企业战略规划的理论体系，进行了深入探讨，构造了企业战略规划的管理模型，并提出了企业做战略规划设计的一些原则和方法的设想，对于指导我国企业从整体角度做战略规划有长远意义．

Based on the present-day theories and thoughts of strategical management,and combining with the planty experience of making strategical plan,this paper gives the corresponding strategical plan thinking,and builds the theoretical system and model of the strategical plan and discusses the approach and principle of making strategical plan,which have great importance for enterprises to make strategical plan.
