HPLC测定旱莲胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量

Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Eclipta Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立测定旱莲胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),流速为0.6 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为295 nm。结果:补骨脂素的线性范围为0.2～0.6μg,r=0.999 8(n=5),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.01%;异补骨脂素的线性范围为0.2～0.6μg,r=0.999 9(n =5),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为2.22%。结论:该方法操作简便,准确,精密度高,可用于控制旱莲胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Eclipta capsules. Method： Thermo C18 column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, methanol-waters （ 50：50 ） was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.6 ml · min^-1 and UV detection wawelength was at 295 nm. Result： The linear range of psoralen was 0.2 - 0.6 μg, r = 0.999 8 （ n = 5 ） and average recovery was 99.2% （ RSD = 1.01% ）. The linear range of isopsoralen was 0.2 - 0.6 μg, r = 0. 999 9 （ n = 5 ） and average recovery was 100.3% （RSD =2. 22% ）. Condusion： The method is simple, convenient, accurate, and it can be used for qulity control of Eelipta capsules.
