气相色谱法测定促皮生软膏中十六烷酸的含量

摘要 目的:建立促皮生软膏中十六烷酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,2.6 mm×2 m毛细管柱,10%固定液DEGS,FID检测器,柱温170℃,检测器温度200℃,载气为氮气。结果:线性范围在69.5~707 ng之间,平均回收率为96.94%,RSD=1.61%。结论:该法可用于促皮生软膏的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of palmitic acid in Cupisheng Ointment. Method: The samples were analyzed by GC with capillary column (2.6 mm × 2 m) , 10% DEGS stationary phase, FID detector were used and N2 as carrier gas. The column temperature was at 170 ℃ and the detector temperature at 200 ℃. Result: The linear range was 70.7 -707 ng ,The average recovery was 96.94% ( RSD = 1.61% ) . Conclusion : The method can be used to control the quality of Cupisheng Ointment.
