Determination the Content of Andrographolide in Andrographolide for Injection by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定注射用炎琥宁的含量,方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=3.00)-甲醇(30:70),检测波长为251 nm。流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围为0.52～0.157 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.4%(n=9)。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of andrographolide for Injection. Method： The Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used, the 0.02 mol· L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （ pH = 3.0） -methanol（30：70） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 251 nm. Result： The linear range of an- drographolide was 0.052 - 0. 157 mg· ml^-1 （ r = 0.999 9 ）, the average recovery was 100.2% with RSD 0.4% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion： the method is simple, accurate and repeatable, it can be used for determination of andrographolide for ingection.
