摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿咳喘灵颗粒中麻黄碱的含量。方法:用Hypersil ODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)。流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5:95);流速1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长210 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量为0.03~0.32μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为2.8%(n=6)。结论:该法准确、简单、重复性好,可控制小儿咳喘灵颗粒的质量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in child kechuanling granules. Method: The Hypersil C,s column(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0, 1% phosphoric acid solution( 5:95 ), the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1 , and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0, 03 - 0.32 μg ( r = 0. 999 9) , the average recovery was 99.8% , RSD was 2.8% ( n = 6 ), Conclusion. The method is simple and reproducible, it can be used for quality control of child Kechuanling granules.
