HPLC法测定康尔心胶囊中丹参素钠的含量

Determination of sodium danshensu in Kangerxin capsules by HPLC

目的:建立康尔心胶囊中丹参素钠的含量测定HPLC方法。方法:用Shimadzu ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(8:91:1)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长281 nm。结果:丹参素钠在6.6～33.0μg·ml^(-1)的浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.2% RSD=0.9%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于康尔心胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the content determination method of sodium danshensu in Kang erxin Capsules by HPLC. Method： Shimadgu C18 column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was Methanol-Water glacial-Acetic acid （ 8： 91 ： 1 ） ,the detection wavelength was 281 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range of sodium danshensu was 6.6 - 33.0 μg· ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, and the average recovery was 97.2% with RSD 0.9% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, sensitive, it can be used quality control of Kangerxin Capsules.
