氨氯地平联合血脂康降血压的疗效

Efffect of Amlodipine Combined with Xiezhikang Capsule on Treatment of Hypertension

目的:观察单纯应用氨氯地平与氨氯地平联合血脂康降血压作用的疗效比较。方法:86例高血压患者,随机分为两组,观察组43例,口服氨氯地平5 mg,qd,血脂康胶囊2粒,po,bid;对照组43例;单纯口服氨氯地平5 mg,qd;两组疗程均为30 d,观察治疗前后血压、血脂变化。结果:观察组收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均较对照组显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)显著升高(P<0.01),治疗过程中未见不良反应。结论:氨氯地平联合血脂康降血压作用优于单纯用氨氯地平,且具有调脂作用。

Objective： To observe the effect in decrease blood pressure of Amlodipine and Amlodipine combined with XieZhiKang （XZK） capsule on hypertension. Method： Eighty-six hypertension patients were divided into the treated group （43 patients） and the controlled group （ 43 patients ）, only Amlodipine was given in the controlled group, Amlodipine and XZK were given in the treated group, the course of treatment was one month. Result： In decrease of SBP, DBP,TC, TG and LDL-C, the treated group was better than that the controlled group （ P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ）, the HDL-C of the treated group was significantly elevated （ P 〈 0.01 ）, No adverse drug re- actions were found during treatment. Conclusion： In decrease of blood pressure ,Amlodipine combined XZK is better than Amlodipine, and the blood-lipid is also controlled.
