摘要
用微量热法研究了不同温度下鳙鱼肝脏线粒体代谢的产热曲线,建立了热动力学方程,得到了线粒体在活性增长期的增长速率常数k,平均比增长速率k/m等.实验结果表明,同一动物的同一器官线粒体,其不同温度下的产热曲线的形状相同,反映了线粒体的固有特征;不同温度下线粒体代谢各阶段的时间不同。
Metabolic thermogenetic curves of mitochondria isolated from Aristichthys nobilis liver tissue were determined by means of microcalorimetry, metabolic thermokinetic equation was established, and thermal activity growth rate constant and mean specific growth rate were obtained. Experimental results show that the shape of thermogenesis curves of mitochondria metabolism at different temperature are the same, it is a special kind of characteristics of mitochondria.Time of each metabolic phase and heat output of one unit of mitochondria are different.
