摘要
认为乡镇矿业在我国矿业经济发展中占有重要地位，但也存在诸多严重问题．揭示了在我国国民经济尤其是矿业经济发展中乡镇矿业发展的必要性，分析了乡镇矿业发展中存在的问题及其主要原因。
Township mining occupies an important place in the minng industry, and there are a lot of problems in its dovelopment. The paper discusses the essentiality of the development of township mining in every aspect, analyses some problems and reasons in the development of township mining and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals.
