高校知识产权保护的对策研究

Strategy Study on Protection of Intellectual Property Right of University and College

对我省高校知识产权保护现状调查表明，知识产权流失是高校普遍存在的严重问题，管理失控是造成知识产权流失的主要原因，而法制意识淡薄是造成知识产权严重流失的主要因素．本文提出了若干对策和措施，包括建立和完善知识产权管理体系，行政管理和法制管理相结合，成果管理与人事管理有机结合。

A current situation of the intellectual property right protection of universities and colleges in Zhejiang Province was investigated.It showed that the loss of the intellectual property right was a serious problem for every university and college and the out of control of management and the indifference of legal consciousness accounted for this occurrence.Several strategies and means were suggested.
