Bi_(1.7)Pb_(0.3)Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3Oy掺K效应的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDYING OF K DOPING EFFECT IN Bi 1.7 Pb 0.3 Sr 2Ca 2Cu 3 O y

本文研究了Ｂｉ－２２２３相掺入Ｋ的效应，发现碱金属元素Ｋ的掺入提高了Ｂｉ系１１０Ｋ相的含量．指出Ｋ的掺入，一方面占据了格点的位置提高了Ｔｃ，另一方面使熔点降低，非超导的杂相析出。

In this paper, the effect of K doping in Bi 2223 phase is studied. The K doping makes the Tc onset of 110K phase raised but reduces its content. We point out that K takes lattice stiuation. Otherwise K doping makes the melting point lower and nonsuperconductive phase separated out, so that its contrentare reduced.
