慢性支气管炎患者头发及血清微量元素的测定

Determination of Trace Elements in Hair and Serum of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis Disease

用催化极谱法测定72例慢性支气管炎患者及50例健康者人发及血清中锌、铁、铜、锰四种微量元素的含量，结果表明，Zn、Fe元素的含量比对照组低，并表现有显著性差异（P＜0．01），Cu、Mn元素的含量在两组之间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。

The conteni of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn in hair and serum of Patients with chronic bronchitis and 50 healthy persons was determiened. The result showed that the content of Zn, Fe in human hair and serum of the group with chronic bronchitis was lower than that of the control group and had significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 01). The content of Cu, Mn was also lower, but show no significant difference between the two groups.
