制造误差、丝扣联接对油井套管强度影响的有限元分析

The Finite Element Analysis for Casing Pipe with Manufacturing Error

对油井套管来说，应考虑制造误差对强度产生的影响以及套管与套管之间的丝扣联接部分的强度问题本文利用有限元法对存在制造误差的油井套管进行了应力分析，并对套管与套管之间的丝扣联接部分进行了应力分析，编制了数值计算软件，指出了应力提高系数、屈服过程。

The stress of casing pipe with manufacturing error is analysed by using finite element method,and the stress of the linking part between casing pipes is also analysed.Meanwhile,the numerical calculation software is presented,the corresponding relation curves are plotted and the yielding process is pointed out.
