摘要
在非离子表面活性剂阿拉伯树胶和聚乙烯醇存在下,汞与碘化钾和二甲酚橙在水相中形成稳定的多元配合物显色体系该配合物在530nm处有一最大吸收波长,汞含量在0~12μgHg2+/25mL范围内服从Beer定律,表观摩尔吸光系数高达269×106L·mol-1,cm-1,平均回收率达974%~1025%用这一显色体系测定乳制品中微量汞。
The formation of a multicomponent complex among mercury,portassium iodide and xylenol orange is well distributed in aqueous solution as a steady system under the existence of Arabirgum-polyvinyl alcohol.The maximum absorption wave length of the complex is at 530 nm.Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~12 μg/25 mL for mercury.The molar absorptivity is 2.69×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .This method has been applied to the determination of Hg(Ⅱ) in milk with satisfactory results.
