温度对氯化钾芒硝转化法制取硫酸钾的影响

Effect of Temperature on Production of K 2SO 4 from KCl and Na 2SO 4

通过试验，研究了温度对氯化钾芒硝转化法制取硫酸钾的影响试验指出，在２０℃，３０℃，４０℃，５０℃，６０℃温度范围内，随温度升高，半成品钾芒硝和产品硫酸钾的Ｃｌ－含量升高，Ｋ＋含量降低温度高于３０℃时。

The effect of temperature on production of K 2SO 4 from KCl and Na 2SO 4 has been studied under the conditions of laboratory experiments.The results show that when temperature rises among 20～60 ℃,the contents of Cl - in semi-finished products 3K 2SO 4·Na 2SO 4 and product K 2SO 4 are raised,the contents of K + in that are decreased.When temperature exceeds 30 ℃,the product K 2SO 4 is not up to the first-rate product of ZBG21006-89.
