胰腺导管癌干细胞抗原PSCA和Oct-4表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression of prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) and Oct-4 and their clinicopathological significances in pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的研究胰腺导管癌、癌旁上皮及慢性胰腺炎组织中前列腺干细胞抗原(PSCA)和Oct-4表达及探讨其临床病理意义。方法51例胰腺导管癌、20例癌旁上皮及10例慢性胰腺炎手术切除标本常规石蜡包埋切片,PSCA和Oct-4染色方法为EnVision两步法。结果胰腺导管癌PSCA和Oct-4阳性表达率(52.9%,47.1%)明显高于癌旁上皮(25.0%,20.0%)和慢性胰腺炎(10.0%,10.0%),差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。高分化腺癌和无转移胰腺导管癌PSCA和Oct-4表达阳性率明显低于低分化腺癌和转移病例(P<0.05)。结论PSCA和Oct-4表达可能是反映胰腺导管癌发生、进展及预后的重要癌干细胞抗原。 Purpose To study the expression of PSCA and Oct-4 in human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, pericancerous tissues and chronic panereatits and to detect their elinieopathologieal signifieanees. Methods EnVision inmunohistochemieal method was used to detect the expression of PSCA and Oct-4 in the routinely paraffin-embedded sections of specimens from patients with pancreatic duetal adenocarcinoma ( n = 51 ), perieaneerous tissues ( n = 20 ) and chronic panereatitis ( n = 10). Results The positive rates of PSCA and Oct-4 in pancreatic duetal adenocarcinoma (52. 9% , 47. 1% ) were significantly higher than those in pericaneerous tissues ( 25. 0% , 20.0% ) and chronic panereatitis ( 10. 0% , 10. 0% ) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rates of PSCA and Oct-4 were significantly lower in the well-differentiated (30. 0%, 30. 0% ) and non-metastasis eases (25.0%, 31.3% ) than those in the poorly-differentiated (73.7%, 63. 2% ) and metastasis eases (62.9% , 57. 1% ) (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion PSCA and/or Oct-4 are important cancer stem cell antigens for reflecting the carcinogenesis, progression and prognosis of pancreatic duetal adenocarcinoma.
